As we look ahead to 2026, we prepare to honor a milestone that few organizations ever reach. 2026 is the year the NBCFAE will celebrate 50 years of service, advocacy and Black excellence in aviation- a legacy built by every member who has every carried this mission forward.

That is why we are proud to announce that we are returning to New Orleans for our 48th Annual National Training Conference, a city filled with culture, resilience and spirit-- a perfect setting for this historic moment.

Our theme for this landmark year is "50 Years of Flight; Rising Above Every Challenge."

This theme reflects who we are. 

For five decades we have overcome barriers, uplifted one another and created pathways for countless aviation professionals to soar. We have risen through every obstacle and remained grounded in our purpose.

In 2026, we will come together to celebrate that journey-- to honor our past, strengthen our present and launch badly into our next chapter.
