The NBCFAE hosts an annual National Training Conference, which serves as a significant event for professional development and networking. The conference features workshops, seminars, and discussions on topics pertinent to the aviation industry, with a focus on fostering an inclusive and supportive community for aviation professionals. In 2026, the 48th National Training Conference will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana and hosted by the Aeronautical/Southwest Region under the theme “50 Years of Flight: Rising Above Every Challenge.” In 2026, we will come together to celebrate our journey, honor the past, strengthen our present and launch boldly into our next chapter.
