WHO WE ARE
The National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE) has been dedicated to supporting aviation professionals since 1976. With a membership of over 1,000 across the U.S. and internationally, our mission is to foster career growth, improve employee-management relations, and serve as a resource for both employees and the broader aviation community.
NBCFAE is committed to building strong industry partnerships. Over the years, we have awarded more than $1 million in scholarships and grants to students and universities nationwide, helping to support college expenses and encourage STEM-related education. Our Aviation Career Education (ACE) Academies introduce students aged 13-17 to the wide range of career opportunities in aviation. We are especially proud of our international ACE camps, previously held in Ghana, Senegal, and Nigeria, as part of our ongoing effort to expand access to aviation education worldwide.
